Paige believes that movement is medicine and that the human body is incredibly resilient. Her experience and education enable her to be thorough in her guidance for rehabilitation from injury or illness; active and healthy living; and sport performance. Her approach to treatment is evidence based and clinically informed, using skilled hands-on techniques, exercise and movement, education, and intramuscular stimulation (IMS / dry needling). She integrates physiotherapy plans into clients’ lives and training schedules to best support their recovery and performance.

Paige received her Master of Physical Therapy, as well as her Master of Kinesiology in Sport Physiology and Coaching Science, from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Paige worked for several years as a strength and conditioning consultant to athletes in a variety of sports, and coached competitive university and high school rowing. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Disability Foundation and teaches in the UBC School of Kinesiology.

Paige works with people across the spectrums of ability, age, and athletic experience. Along with people getting back to their favourite everyday sports and activities, she works often with athletes in professional sports, on national or development teams, and on university and high school varsity teams.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Paige spent a number of years living and working in the Yukon but came back to run along Spanish Banks, hike and bike the North Shore, and be a part of B.C.’s strong rowing community. She loves to travel and is always keen to learn about any great experiences or destination.
